Formal Living Room and Dining Room:
But first paint! By adding a coat of paint to the walls, we changed the tune of this space in no time! A soft neutral was selected for the walls, featuring a deeper intensity of the wall color to the lower portion of the wainscoting to create drama.
This area was unusually large and a space planning challenge. We conversed with the homeowners on their needs and designed a plan!
By diving the space into two areas, the homeowners have space for entertaining with easy flow. The lighting and window treatments enrich the home and give the room a touch of elegance.

The homeowners were on board with the transformation of this tired kitchen. To create a space that felt more spacious, the demolition of the upper cabinetry dividing the cook prep area to the eating area was a must!
The kitchen was then revamped with premium granite counter tops, timeless brushed nickel cabinet hardware, and a finely handcrafted mosaic
For the finishing touches, a beautiful Green House fabric adorns the French doors and light fixtures were added to bring a sense of opulence to the space.
Putting this room in its best light was crucial for the overall design. We treated this area as Phase 2 of the design process, completing the main living quarters first.
This inactive solarium was demolished and a beautiful sun room extension to the home was built. The purposefully casual furnishings and window treatments created a soft casual feel where the homeowners can now enjoy the beauty of outdoor living. Hand crafted bead board was applied to vaulted ceiling for a dynamic treatment.
